Returns

    • Packed in the original packaging

    • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

  3. Certain products such as personal care, beauty items, and hygiene-related products are non-returnable for safety reasons.


Refunds

  1. Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  2. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original method of payment.

  3. In case of COD (Cash on Delivery) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or store credit.


Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are allowed only if the product received is defective, damaged, or the wrong item was delivered.

  • Replacement will be shipped once the returned product is received and verified.


Non-Returnable/Non-Refundable Items

  • Discounted or clearance items (unless defective)

Cancellation Policy
